On 1 January 2024, artist and eco-activist Claudy Jongstra, organic food cooperative Odin and Galerie Fontana will launch the 'New Definitions' fund, aimed at promoting sustainable organic food production. To this end, Jongstra is creating a series of travelling, colourful landscape artworks entitled 'Tangible Transformations'.

For one evening, the water in the 'Amsterdamse houthavens' where Restaurant BAK is located will be replaced by another location: Studio Claudy Jongstra's LOADS building in the Frisian meadows of Spannum. Chef Benny Blisto will host a 'Farm to Table' six-course dinner here on 23 February 2024.
