Carding is combing the raw wool into a new, very soft material. By carding the waste materials (wool which we normally had to throw away), Studio Claudy Jongstra discovered a way to re-use these waste materials.
This wallcovering is made of carded materials for the Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy in Amsterdam (see below).
